Unfortunately, these were not what I expected. Keeping them fresh by putting them in the freezer is new to me when it comes to macaroons. They just aren't my reorder list and would not recommend to order by mail. The next time I am in AC, NJ I'll give them another try but for now they are not on my top list.
I have been chasing these Macaroons for 50 years- my grandfather was a french pastry chef and he made the Best Macaroons- i have finally found the Macaroons!!! It must be the same recipe!!! I’m so excited!!! Ill be ordering for Christmas🥰
