I am originally from the Eastern side of Pennsylvania, now living in the Pittsburgh area. I went the the Jersey Shore from a child into adulthood and still try to visit there any chance I get.
One staple I always make sure I leave there with is Salt Water Taffy.. It has always been my favorite treat and when I saw there was a sale on a 2-pound tin, I bought it to share with my Pittsburgh family as a few of them have never had the pleasure of enjoying this wonderful treat.
The mixture if flavors given are varied and, in my opinion, better than what is available in the 1-pound option.
I would encourage anyone who has grown up with Jersey Taffy or any newcomers who may be wondering what REAL Salt Water Taffy tastes like to try James' Salt Water Taffy, in any variety! You won't be sorry!
I purchased this tin as a gift. I made an error with the address, and James' Candy made the correction within a day. It is nice to be able to give a summer boardwalk favorite as a winter holiday gift.

Back in the 70s our relatives in Jersey used to ship my family a big box of James’ taffy every Christmas season. It was awesome then and still does not disappoint. Great taffy, so many flavors and none of the waxy coating you get with lesser tourist trap brands. Ordering and delivery was quick and easy. So good.
